The European Online University of Jewish Studies (UNEEJ), www.uneej.com, is an academic teaching platform created in 2015 by the Elie Wiesel Academic Institute -the unique french institution entirely dedicated to higher education of Jewish Studies- in order to reach a large audience all over the world.

This platform is providing a full curriculum of free online courses, covering all the fields of Jewish studies: Jewish History, Hebrew Literature, Jewish Philosophy and Ethics, Hebrew, Ecology and Judaism, Community leadership, social and political sciences, Interculturalism, arts and culture...

The UNEEJ already counts with more than 7000 students in only 12 months of existence. Indeed, our teachings are designed not only for university students, but also for a large audience, willing to expand their knowledge within the field of Jewish studies. So far, our MOOCs have been designed for the French-speaking, but we hope to develop new contains in English.
